ICICI Bank has made an online Know Your Customer (KYC) solution. All account holders must update their Know Your Customer (KYC) information to use all of the bank’s services. KYC is necessary by RBI requirements, and banks should encourage customers to do so.

This guide helps you update your ICICI bank KYC online & offline and what documents you will need. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has made ‘Know Your Customer‘ compulsory for all banks and financial organizations. It is required to prevent financial fraud. All Customers must link specific documents to their bank accounts.

How to Update ICICI Bank Re-KYC Online

ICICI Bank Re-KYC Update by Link Aadhaar through Net Banking

  1. Go to ICICI Bank Net Banking at https://icicibank.com.
  2. Log in using your User ID and Password.
  3. Select Re-KYC option, and choose your account.
  4. Now enter your Aadhaar number, mobile number, and email address.
  5. Click “Submit”, then your request will be registered.
  6. ICICI Bank Account will be updated by accepting the KYC.

ICICI Bank Re-KYC Update by Link PAN through Net Banking

  • Go to ICICI Bank Net Banking at https://icicibank.com.
  • Log in by User ID & Password and go to “My Profile”.
  • Choose “Update PAN” from “Service Request”.
  • Enter PAN Card Number (10 digits), and “Submit”.

Then you will get a text message to confirm the transaction, and you will also get confirmation after your request has been processed.

How to Update or Link Email with ICICI Bank through Net Banking

Login to ICICI Bank Net Banking by User ID and Password.

  1. Then select “My Profile“, and choose “Update Email ID”.
  2. Enter E-Mail ID, verify with OTP and press “Submit”.
  3. Re-enter your Email ID and click “Submit”.

Update/Link Aadhaar with ICICI Bank through iMobile App

  1. Login to your iMobile app by MPIN or Biomatrics.
  2. For Aadhaar Linking, Select “Instabanking Services” under “Services”.
  3. Select “Update Aadhaar”, and enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number.
  4. Finally, click the “Submit” button.

Update/Link PAN with ICICI Bank through iMobile App

  1. Open the ICICI Bank mobile app.
  2. App login using fingerprint or PIN.
  3. At the bottom of the page, you’ll see a link showing “Services”.
  4. Select “Update PAN” under “InstaBanking Services”.
  5. Enter your PAN number, account number, and name.
  6. Then, click “Submit”.

Update Email ID with ICICI Bank through iMobile App

  1. Open the iMobile app and Login by MPIN or Biomatrics.
  2. Go to “Services” at the bottom of the page.
  3. Then click “Insta Banking Services”, choose “Email ID/Email Statement Registration“.
  4. Now enter your Email ID, then click “Submit”.

How to Update ICICI Bank Re-KYC Offline

    ICICI KYC Update by Aadhaar link by ATM

    1. Visit your local ICICI Bank ATM, and Insert your Debit Card.
    2. Choose a language, and enter 4-digit ATM PIN.
    3. Select “Aadhaar Updation” under the “More” option.
    4. Enter your Aadhaar Number twice, and click “Submit”.

    1. Visit an ICICI Bank near you and enter your ATM PIN.
    2. Select “Services“, and Choose “PAN Update“.
    3. Choose “Edit PAN Number”.

    1. Call the ICICI Bank Toll-Free Customer Helpline Number 1860 120 7777.
    2. Choose a language, then press 1 for Banking Accounts.
    3. Verify with ATM Card Number and ATM PIN.
    4. Select a responsible key option to link or update your Aadhaar.
    5. Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar Number and Re-Enter again to confirm.
    6. Then you will get an Updated message with an Adhaar number.

    ICICI Bank Re-KYC by Linking PAN through Customer Care

    1. Contact ICICI Toll-Free Customer Care Number 1860 120 7777.
    2. Connect to the Support agent and request for linking PAN Number.
    3. Verify your details by answering a few questions and providing details like ICICI Bank Account Number, ATM Card Number, and Address.
    4. Your request to link PAN to the Account will be approved after verification.
    5. PAN Number linking will take 2 working days.
    6. When it’s finished, you’ll get an SMS on your registered mobile number.
    7. You will also get a confirmation through email.
